About Us
We are Team 14. Inspired by experience, bound by compassion.
We are designers, developers, and coders coming from different backgrounds, countries, and generations. We might vary in culture and upbringing but that only inspired us to be better as people. More importantly, we're bound by our belief that we're all capable of empathy, compassion, forgiveness, and love.
HUMANITY 101 Principles
Empathy. Caring for an Alzheimer’s patient is a family affair; as TANDA is not only to remind the patient of their family but for their family members to empathize with each other.
Compassion. In relation to why TANDA exemplifies empathy, every family member is given the responsibility and the conscious choice to connect with the patient, regardless of where they are in the world.
Forgiveness. As a carer of someone who’s experiencing Alzheimer's at the late stages of their life, it’s likely to experience guilt, thinking you’re not doing enough. Hopefully, this project urges family members to forgive their loved ones and themselves at frustrating and stressful moments.
